I am in the process of selling my house and I had an issue with water damage noted by the house inspector. I spent two months trying to get 3 different people to assist with this fix, but they either didn’t show up or kept pushing back the date. Kenny with Mathew Madison Development was very reliable. He showed up when he said he would and gave me the impression that if an unexpected delay came up he would at least call or text me. The work he did also looks solid.
